Sales Development Specialist

Part-time, NJ Office

 

As a Sales Development Specialists you will successfully prospect through outbound calls to set highly qualified sales appointments for our clients that have complex B2B or B2B2C solutions.

 

You will be required to achieve monthly appointment setting goals on assigned client projects. To be considered you must project credibility, professionalism and competence via excellent oral and written communication skills.  You will also work with other internal delivery teams to ensure the success of client programs.  

 

REDHOT is not a call center environment and is seen as a strategic resource and extension of our client’s sales teams. We value our team and offer a relaxed, yet results oriented, work environment.

Your goals as a sales development specialist

  • Convert phone conversations to appointments, on behalf of the client

  • Achieve monthly qualified appointment quotas

  • Deliver unscripted responses and explanations of client’s complex product offerings

  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and skill building sessions with internal and external sales teams

  • Creatively handle objections and qualify prospects based on set qualification criteria

  • Document and record interactions and provide details feedback

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and overcoming objections

  • Ability to gauge and qualify prospective client interest

  • Communicate effectively via phone with a strong written and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Internet and web-based email
