
Corporate Account Sales Manager
Full-time, NJ Office
Corporate Account Sales Manager This position is primarily responsible for selling REDHOT services to potential prospects. We are set to change the way companies deploy their sales and marketing resources, and are growing our sales and marketing as a service business.
As a corporate Account Sales Manager you will be responsible for initiating and closing new business as set by our sales leadership. Depending on your experience and set of competencies, you will be given a territory or industry to mine and prospect into.
We are seeking individuals with experience selling to sales and marketing leaders of all levels, in various industries and organization sizes.

Contacts prospective customers to present information on available services.

Determines customer’s services needs and prepares proposals to sell services.

Attends sales and trade meetings to develop new business prospects.

Conducts presentations services to qualified prospects.

Prepares forms or agreement for prospects to complete the sales.

Passes qualified prospects to sales support for completion of applications

Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into a customer management software application.

Develops and maintains relationships with customers.

Maintains quota expectations after an initial 60 day ramp up period.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree, or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.

Knowledge of CRM, Word, Excel, and WebEx.

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Able to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Excellent written communication skills.

Excellent telephone and oral communication skills individually and in group settings.

Maintains positive internal and external relationships.

Ability to prepare written reports, correspondences and memos for employees, senior leadership, and clients as required.

Ability to maintain physical condition and stamina appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include sitting for extended periods of time and operating assigned office equipment, and other duties as assigned.
